The Palms at Ponte Vedra assisted living and memory care center in Ponte Vedra Beach sold April 1 for $22.1 million.

The buyer is Starling Living of Jacksonville through SSL SPV LLC.

Health Care Managers Inc. of Fernandina Beach sold the property through Palms at Ponte Vedra LLC.

The center, at 405 Solana Road, is rebranded as Starling at Ponte Vedra. 

Starling Living has assisted living properties in Jacksonville, Nocatee, Clearwater, Maitland and Tallahassee.

Built in 2015, the center has studio, one- and two-bedroom units.

Starling Living also has assisted living properties in Nocatee, Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Maitland and Clearwater.

Health Care Managers Inc. bought the property in April 2013 for $1.29 million from Harbor Community Bank FKA/Putnam State Bank.
