At its meeting July 26, the Judicial Nominating Commission for the 4th Circuit elected Patrick Kilbane its chair and Chanda Rogers its vice chair for the 2024-25 JNC year.
The commission interviews applicants for seats on the circuit and county benches in Clay, Duval and Nassau counties that will not be filled by an election.
After reviewing applications and interviewing candidates, the commission sends nominations to the governor for appointment to the bench.
