Terrell Hogan added two attorneys to the 50-year-old Jacksonville law firm.
• Commercial litigator Aleksas Barauskas is a partner and the new head of the Business Litigation Department. He focuses on fraud, breach of contract, eviction, tortious interference, defamation, intellectual property, negligence, premises liability and product liability.
Barauskas graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and is licensed to practice in Florida, Georgia and Texas.
• An associate with the firm, Hunter Bedard focuses his practice on fraud, breach of contract, tortious interference, negligence, and defamation. He also has experience in employment matters such as drafting policy handbooks and defending businesses against frivolous claims of discrimination.
Bedard graduated from University of Florida Levin College of Law where he received the Dean’s Leadership Award for being the executive articles editor of the Florida Entertainment and Sports Law Review and president of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society.
