The city issued a permit Aug. 13 for Venture Construction Co. to make interior improvements to the 2,773-square-foot space at a project cost of $350,000.
The address is 4495 Roosevelt Blvd., No, 300-301, next to West Marine. Plans show 51 indoor seats and 12 patio seats.
Mark Salopek LLC of Cleveland is the architect.
The city issued a permit June 17 for interior demolition of the space, a former Starbucks, to create a vanilla shell for future build-out at a project cost of $156,210.
