The Silverman Group of Basking Ridge, New Jersey, bought the remaining  25% through SL Jacksonville Investor LLC.

The warehouse, also known as Building 500, sits on 18.82 acres.

The city issued a permit to build Building B1 in September 2023.

The Conlan Co. is the contractor for the almost $15.2 million project. England-Thims & Miller Inc. is the civil engineer.

The building is nearing completion and not leased, a VanTrust spokesperson told the Daily Record in July.

It is the fifth of seven industrial properties planned for Imeson Park South at 1511 Zoo Parkway. When completed, they will range from 202,800 square feet to 1 million square feet.

VanTrust Real Estate said the Imeson Park South master plan totals 3 million square feet of industrial space.
