Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence will not only play his home games at EverBank Stadium, he will also bank with the financial institution whose name is on the building.

EverBank announced Aug. 22 that Lawrence will serve as its brand ambassador.

Lawrence will be the focus of nationwide marketing campaigns for EverBank, the bank said in a news release.

The campaigns will include online content, newspaper ads, financial center signage, social media conversations and TV ads, particularly during football games. Lawrence’s wife, Marissa, also will participate.

Lawrence, who agreed to a $275 million contract extension with the team in June, is an EverBank client, the release said.

“Trevor’s dedication to performance and success, both on and off the field, mirrors our own commitment to excellence,” Greg Seibly, CEO of EverBank, said in the release. “Our new relationship with Trevor not only strengthens our connection to our home communities but also enables EverBank to reach even more clients from coast to coast.”

The bank’s EverBank Builds program in Jacksonville and communities it serves nationwide supports initiatives aimed at fostering growth and development, from youth financial literacy programs to specialized support for local businesses, the release said.

“Our new relationship with Trevor is more than just an endorsement – it’s a reflection of our shared values and vision for the future. Together, we want to inspire and empower our communities, driving success and creating lasting positive impact,” Seibly said.

To kick off Lawrence’s role as an EverBank ambassador, bank released the first ads of the bank’s new campaign, titled “Trevor, GO” and “Perform as Hard as You Do.”

EverBank created the campaign with marketing communications agency Campbell Ewald.

Lawrence has played for the Jaguars since 2021.

In 2023, TIAA Bank announced it would change its name to EverBank and rename the home of the Jacksonville Jaguars to EverBank Stadium. In May, EverBank agreed to extend the naming rights deal through the end of the 2027 NFL season.

Work is under way to transform EverBank Stadium into the Jaguars “Stadium of the Future.” If approved by NFL owners, the renovated stadium would open for the 2028 season.
