Ellianos Coffee up to 12 Northeast Florida drive-thru kiosk sites

The Lake City-based chain has eight locations, two others coming soon and two more in planning.

Ellianos Coffee has identified its 11th and 12th sites in Northeast Florida.

With eight drive-thru kiosks open and two more coming soon, Ellianos is now working on a site at southwest 103rd Street and Brannon Avenue in West Jacksonville, west of Interstate 295, and another along Atlantic Boulevard in the Regency area of Arlington.

In West Jacksonville, the 800-square-foot drive-thru kiosk is planned on 0.8 acre. A 1,200-square-foot office also is shown on the site.

Ellianos Coffee is working on a site at southwest 103rd Street and Brannon Avenue in West Jacksonville.

The city is reviewing civil engineering plans and has issued a mobility fee calculation certificate for the 103rd Street project.

The city calculated a fee of $2,464 to support the development impact of the 2,000-square-foot project.

The property owner is shown as Ryland Real Estate Group LLC of Jacksonville. The civil engineer is The Touring Co. Inc. of Jacksonville.

In Arlington, Ellianos Coffee proposes an 800-square-foot drive-thru coffee kiosk at 9748 Atlantic Blvd. in Regency Plaza, which is anchored by Burlington at southeast Atlantic Boulevard and Live Oak Drive, near Regency Square Mall. Some plans show its address as 9840 Atlantic Blvd.

The city is reviewing site clearing and construction for the project at costs topping $826,000.

Loring Design Group LLC is the architect, The project owner is Cold Brew Management LLC.

Lake City-based Ellianos sells hot, iced and frozen coffees and drinks, refreshers, smoothies, shakes and teas.

Dairy-free options are available.

The food menu includes breakfast bowls, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, sandwiches, cookies, brownies, muffins, croissants. chips and cake pops.

The existing Northeast Florida sites comprise five in Jacksonville and three in Fernandina Beach, Orange Park and Saint Johns. Two are coming soon in the Girvin area near East Arlington in Jacksonville and in Middleburg.
