Midway 3728 flex office campus sold for $26.7 million

The property at 3728 Philips Highway last sold in 2018 for $10.05 million.

Fort Lauderdale-based Suncap Real Estate Investments bought the Midway 3728 flex office campus in South Jacksonville on Aug. 14 for $26.7 million.

The property is at 3728 Philips Highway, south of Emerson Street. It is about 2 miles south of San Marco Square.

Suncap bought the property through Midway Park LLC. Suncap says on its website it is an investment fund manager that owns and operates income-producing commercial real estate. 

The seller was Greenville, South Carolina-based RealOp Investments through ROIB Central Bark LLC.

Midway 3728 comprises three single-story buildings totaling 217,691 square feet on 17.94 acres, all built in 1989.

Building 1 is 115,201 square feet; Building 2 is 60,034 square feet; and Building 3 is 42,456 square feet.

RealOp Investments bought the property for $10.05 million in 2018. It was then called Central Park Business Center.

Building tenants include Jacksonville Vet Center, Hanger Clinic and Meskel & Associates Engineering.
