The city of Jacksonville is reviewing permit applications for more restaurants and food retailers. They include:
Marble Slab Creamery and Great American Cookies in the former Levy Jewelers at 10281 Midtown Parkway in St. Johns Town Center.
The address also is shown as 4663 River City Drive, Suite 119.
DeGeorge Enterprises Inc. is the agent for the estimated $400,000 renovation of the 1,923-square-foot space.
The location is on the roundabout at the Town Center entrance anchored by Maggiano’s.
Pepe’s Hacienda in a strip center under construction at 9239 Merrill Road in Arlington.
AEC Integrated is the contractor for the estimated $950,000 build-out of 7,500 square feet for the restaurant and grocery market, taking the majority of the 10,500-square-foot building.
Plans show seating for 183 for fixed, booth and bar seating.
The other part of the building will be a separately operated liquor store.
