ArchWell Health is considering a fourth clinic in Jacksonville.

The Nashville, Tennessee-based medical system focuses on senior care.

The city is reviewing building plans for ArchWell Health to build-out a 6,873-square-foot space at 7628 103rd St. in Oak Hill Village at an estimated project cost of $2 million.

The site is at southwest 103rd Street and Ricker Road in Southwest Jacksonville. Publix Super Markets Inc. anchors Oak Hill Village, which is owned by a Canadian investor.

Hoar Construction LLC of Orlando is the contractor and Earl Swensson Associates Inc. of Nashville is the architect.

ArchWell has indicated interest in at least three other Jacksonville locations.

The city has been reviewing permits for two clinics in West Jacksonville and Arlington, each at a build-out cost estimated at $2 million.

The third location appears to be in the Gateway Town Center area in Brentwood.
