Healthpeak Properties of Denver sold Touchton Plaza in South Jacksonville on July 19 for $15.36 million.
It sold the center in two transactions through DOC-9726 Touchton Road MOB LLC.
Touchton Plaza comprises two buildings, 20,547 square feet and 26,999 square feet, and a future building pad at 9726 Touchton Road.
The buyers were two LLCs managed by Minneapolis-based global investment firm Värde Partners, specializing in credit-related assets and real estate.
The west building was purchased by VPU Jacksonville II LLC for $10 million. Its tenant is Touchton Surgery Center.
The east building and future building lot were purchased by VPU Jacksonville I LLC for $5.36 million. Tenants include Cantina Louie, Vagabond Korean Steakhouse and A Prestige Barber Shop.
The two Touchton Plaza buildings were constructed in 2010 on 4.98 acres. The future building parcel includes existing parking on 1.98 acres.
