Zen Living Suites in Orange Park sold for $5 million

The 27-unit extended-stay hotel offers daily, weekly and monthly rates as well as free parking and Wi-Fi.

Zen Living Suites in Orange Park sold Feb. 24 for $5 million.

The extended stay hotel is at 335 Eldridge Ave., south of Interstate 295 and west of Park Avenue. It is north of the Four Rivers Smokehouse restaurant.

Pomerol Properties LLC of Hallandale sold the property to DC Hotels Winchester LLC of Dumfries, Virginia.

DC Hotels Winchester LLC is managed by Mahavirsinh Chudasama. Chudasama’s LinkedIn profile says he is a hotel investor and the principal of DC Hotels Group.

The 27-unit hotel sits on 3.77 acres. The four two-story buildings total 76,705 square feet. Two buildings were constructed in 1972 and two in 1978.

Zen Living Suites offers daily, weekly and monthly rates. There are single king and double-bed suites. Rooms have a refrigerator and microwave oven.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi and parking, a bar, a fitness center and laundry service.

Prime International Properties Jacksonville previously sold the property in October for $4.25 million through Astoria Hotel Suites LLC of Jacksonville.
