  • Edward Ball Building, 214 N. Hogan St., contractor is Warden Contracting Corp., renovation, $37,324.

  • Just Kitchen Jax, 13423 Beach Blvd, No. 104, contractor is JVI Construction Group LLC, 2,702 square feet, renovation, $74,000.

  • Chick-fil-A, 11709 San Jose Blvd, contractor is Clayton Signs Inc., eight wall menu board, clearance bar and logo signs, $18,250.
