Ascension Living St. Catherine Labouré Place sold for more than $9.33 million

Tryko Partners, a New Jersey-based real estate investment group, bought the nursing home May 1.

Ascension Living St. Catherine Labouré Place in Riverside sold May 1 for more than $9.33 million.

The assisted living facility is at 1750 Stockton St., north of Ascension St. Vincent’s Riverside hospital. It has 240 beds.

The buyer was Tryko Partners of Brick Township, New Jersey, though Riverside Real Property LLC. 

The seller was St. Catherine Labouré Manor Inc. The sales price was $9,332,500.

The facility is now called Riverside Post Acute. It website says it offers specialized care including orthopedic rehab, skilled nursing, Alzheimer’s and dementia care and wound care.

Tryko Partners is a real estate investment group specializing in multifamily, health care and tax lien properties. It says its health care portfolio has almost 6,000 skilled nursing and assisted living beds.

Marquis Health Consulting Services, also of Brick Township, operates Tryko’s nursing homes.

The facility, built in 1992, is on 3.39 acres. Duval County Property Appraiser records show an assessed value of more than $15.8 million.
