Dallas company buys Addison of St. Johns for $12.28 million

The assisted living facility was built in 2019 and offers five options for units.

The Addison of St. Johns, an assisted living and memory care facility in St. Augustine, sold Sept. 30 for $12.28 million.

It is at 115 Benton Lane south of Johns Creek Center off Johns Creek Parkway.

Dallas-based Sonida Senior Living bought the home through Sodina St. Augustine LLC.

Batson-Cook Development Co., Principal Senior Living Partners VI LLC and Millichap Development Group LLC, all of Alpharetta, Georgia, sold the property through St. Johns SLP LLC.

Built in 2019, the 46,238-square-foot facility sits on 3.2 acres.

There are five unit options. Studios are 330 square feet; studio deluxe units are 400 square feet; one-bedrooms are 378 square feet and 504 square feet; and deluxe one-bedroom units are 552 square feet.

Amenities include full-size kitchens or kitchenettes, privacy blinds, emergency response, wheelchair accessibility and smoke alarms and sprinkler system. Some units have private balconies.

Care services include housekeeping and laundry services, community shopping trips, meals catering dietary needs to maintain health and wellness, and on-site services including a barber and beauty salon.
