Courtyard Jacksonville I-295/East Beltway sold for $10.35 million

The buyer of the Arlington property is based in Coral Springs.

The Courtyard Jacksonville I-295/East Beltway hotel in Arlington sold Aug. 26 for $10.35 million.

The four-story hotel at 9815 Lantern St. is in Kendall Town south of the Walmart Supercenter.

The buyer was Rahil Sanghvi through Lantern Street Lodging LLC of Coral Springs. 

Berkadia, a Berkshire Hathaway and Jefferies Financial Group Co., said in a LinkedIn post it represented Sanghvi in the transaction.

The seller was the State College, Pennsylvania-based Shaner Hotel Group through Shaner Select Service Hotels VI LLC.

City records show the hotel at 98 units. The Berkadia announcement said it has 100 units.

The hotel, built in 2009, sits on 2.5 acres. It was renovated in 2018.
