The selected Construction Manager’s services will include preconstruction services including value engineering, constructability analysis, development of a cost model, and estimating and development of a Guaranteed Maximum Price at the applicable Construction Document phase.
Selection of firms will be made on the basis of construction manager qualifications in accordance with the criteria outlined in the DCPS manual for the Selection of the Construction Manager. The Construction Manager must have previous experience with projects of similar size and scope with emphasis on active campus construction projects.
