Langston vs. Charles M. Aroneck, Sr., Individually And As Trustee Of The Charles M. Aroneck, Sr. Revocable Trust Dated 8/15/00, And Penney J. Ziebelman, Individually, Case No. 11-CA-698, the Sheriff of Duval County, Florida has levied upon all the right, title and interest of Charles M. Aroneck, Sr., Revocable Trust Dated 8/15/00 in the following real property:
Lot 4 Of Cobblestone, According To Plat Thereof As Recorded In Plat Book 40, Page(s) 81 And 81A Through 81D, Of The Public Records Of Duval County, Florida.

On November 13, 2014, the Sheriff will sell this real property, pursuant to any and all other liens, taxes, judgments or incumberances whatsoever to the highest bidder for “cash in hand” (United States Currency).
