Refund Policy:

Subscriptions: If you wish to cancel your subscription (Lv. 1) to the Financial News & Daily Record, you can do so anytime by calling 904-356-2466. Refunds will be based on un-mailed remaining issues, less a $5.00 processing fee.

Subscribers to the (Lv. 2) online searchable database may cancel by calling 904-356-2466. Upon receipt of your request to cancel, the subscription will run to the end of your monthly subscription cycle. The subscription will not be pro-rated or refunded. All sales are final because the data delivered on www.jaxdailyrecord.com cannot be returned once access is granted.

Public Notices: Notices are published within 1-3 business days of receipt. A notice can be cancelled if cancellation is received prior to 3pm the day prior to scheduled publication.

Advertising: Bailey Publishing & Communications, Inc. does not accept returns for advertising services. Advertisements placed in the Financial News & Daily Record will not be pro-rated or refunded. All sales are final. Display & classified advertisements require approval by customer prior to placement. Legal advertisements, including Fictitious Name applications, should be proof-read carefully prior to submitting for publication.

Photo Gallery: Bailey Publishing & Communications, Inc. does not accept returns for photo gallery purchases. Photographs purchased online will not be refunded. All sales are final.
