Florida Coastal graduates 112

Florida Coastal School of Law will graduate 112 in a ceremony Saturday at the University of North Florida Arena.

Michael Gartner, a Pulitzer Prize winner and former president of NBC News, will speak at the 2 p.m. event.

Gartner was page one editor of The Wall Street Journal, editor and president of the Des Moines Register, general news executive of USA Today and Gannett Co., and editor of the Courier-Journal of Louisville.

Gartner won the Pulitzer Prize in 1997 for editorial writing for the Ames (Iowa) Tribune, of which he was editor and co-owner. He has been an editorial columnist for both the Wall Street Journal and USA Today.
