Rogers Towers adds services at Ponte Vedra office
Rogers Towers has expanded its marital and family law services offered from the firm’s Ponte Vedra Beach office.
Attorneys David Garfinkel and Patrick Kilbane, along with paralegal Debra Buchanan, of the Marital and Family Law Practice Group, moved their offices from the firm’s headquarters on the Southbank to the Ponte Vedra Beach office. The move expands the reach of services to the beaches area. Family law attorneys, Sandra Mathis, Marla Buchanan, and Michael Scheve, will continue to work out of the Downtown office.
“The growth of the Ponte Vedra office allows us to provide the firm’s beaches-based clients with more accessible and efficient service,” said Christine Adams, real estate attorney and Ponte Vedra office manager. “The full-time family law services offered from the Ponte Vedra office compliment our other services, including real estate, estate planning, wills, trusts, elder law, litigation, tax, and business law.”
Garfinkel is a shareholder with the firm and is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law by The Florida Bar. He specializes in high-level marital and family law cases involving complex property, alimony, child support, custody, and visitation issues. Garfinkel has served for eight years on The Florida Bar Marital and Family Law Certification Committee and is the current chair. He was also recognized in Super Lawyer Magazine as one of the top 5 percent of lawyers practicing in the state of Florida.
Kilbane, an associate in the firm, specializes in the dissolution of marriage, pre and postnuptial agreements, adoption litigation, and post dissolution modification of child support, alimony and visitation. Kilbane was elected to membership in the Jacksonville Family Law Inn of Court, a prestigious association of family law attorneys and judges.
