Jay sworn in

Recently sworn in Circuit Judge Harvey Jay III receives some help with his robe from his daughters Helen and Jordan, and wife Mary on Thursday during his investiture at the Duval County Courthouse. Jay was appointed by Gov. Rick Scott to fill a seat vacated by Judge Frederick Tygart, who recently retired.
