Site sold for McDonald’s, Family Dollar

The former Warren Motors property at 233 E. State St. was sold Tuesday by Ellis, Nedra, Harold and Vita Warren to two limited liability companies with the same managing member, JJL Holdings LLC of Charleston, S.C. The 1.5-acre site was sold in two parcels. Market Street Retail LLC paid $684,000 and Market McD LLC paid $741,000. A demolition permit has been issued for the property, which will be developed with a Family Dollar store and a McDonald’s.
