Bass sworn in to Circuit bench

Circuit Judge Suzanne is helped with her robe by her husband, Fred Parker, and daughter, Helen Parker, during her investiture Thursday at the Duval County Courthouse. Bass unseated Judge John Merrett in the November election to become Circuit Judge Group 34. Among those who provided remarks at the ceremony were former Mayor and current University of North Florida President John Delaney and attorneys Teresa Sopp and William Mallory Kent.
