Carrabba's, Outback OK'd for River City Marketplace
River City Marketplace in North Jacksonville is the site for a new Outback Steakhouse and a new Carrabba's Italian Grill. The City approved construction permits Thursday for Venture Construction co. to build the $375,000 Carrabba's at 791 Skymarks Drive and the $325,000 Outback at 795 Skymarks Drive. Carrabba's is a 6,163-square-foot restaurant and Outback will be a 5,715-square-foot building.
Epik Burger build-out approved
Tenant build-out was OK'd for Epik Burger in Landmark Station at 12740 Atlantic Blvd., No. 105. Dicky Smith & Co. Inc. is the contractor for the 1,303-square-foot restaurant at a project cost of $76,000.
