Search Tangible Property Tax


    As provided by Florida Statute 197.402 notice is hereby given that tangible personal property taxes assessed for 2015 are unpaid and are now delinquent. Beginning with April 1, 2016 such taxes are drawing interest of 1.5 percent per month plus the proportionate cost of publishing this notice.
    Unless the amount set opposite each name below is paid, tax warrants will be issued thereon and the Tax Collector will apply to the Circuit Court for an order directing levy and seizure of the personal property of the taxpayer for unpaid taxes. The names of delinquent personal property taxpayers and the amount of taxes including the cost of advertising and the first month’s penalty as provided by Florida Statute 197.413 is as follows:
