The Rotary Club of Mandarin has become the area’s only 100% Paul Harris Fellows Club, an accomplishment that only one percent of the approximately 30,000 clubs in Rotary International has achieved. To become a Paul Harris Fellow, you must either donate $1,000 to the Roytary scholarship fund or have someone do it in your name, and each of the club’s 110 members have either paid or pledged the amount.
