The 100% Rotarians

The Rotary Club of Mandarin has become the area’s only 100% Paul Harris Fellows Club, an accomplishment that only one percent of the approximately 30,000 clubs in Rotary International has achieved. To become a Paul Harris Fellow, you must either donate $1,000 to the Roytary scholarship fund or have someone do it in your name, and each of the club’s 110 members have either paid or pledged the amount. Paul Harris was a founder of Rotary International and, while a Jacksonville resident, founded the Rotary Club of Jacksonville.
