Above Athletics to add wellness building

$8 million second phase is expected to be complete in May.

Above Athletics, a sports and recreation facility at 14797 Philips Highway, plans to complete a more than $8 million second phase in May to comprise a three-story, 26,000 square-foot building.

Tenants will include Rainbow Pediatric Center and Blue32Jax, which offers cryotherapy.

Current tenants are First Coast Gymnastics, Above Basketball Academy, 5 Tool Training, MaxFit and BASL Soccer.
