Another Broken Egg Cafe is exploring a site in East Arlington.

The city is reviewing a permit application for build-out in the Atlantic North shopping center at northwest Atlantic and Kernan boulevards.

The 3,300-square-foot space for Another Broken Egg is at 11949 Atlantic Blvd., No. 105.

The landlord work to prepare the space for build-out is shown as $59,275. Plans indicate tenant build-out will be permitted separately.

Sleiman Enterprises owns Atlantic North. The landlord’s website shows the restaurant at the end of a multitenant building where Fancy Sushi and Verizon Wireless lease space.

The shopping center is anchored by Belk, LA Fitness and Academy Sports + Outdoors. Cinemark is building a theater west of Belk.

Surage & Associates Architecture of St. Augustine is the architect for the Another Broken Egg project.

Another Broken Egg Cafe serves breakfast, lunch and brunch. The first two opened in Jacksonville at 4828 Deer Lake Drive W. in Tapestry Park and in Jacksonville Beach at 2230 S. Third St.

Their websites show that the Tinseltown location is takeout only and the Beaches cafe is temporarily closed and kitchen service is not available until further notice.

A third is in development at 1012 Margaret St. in Riverside.
