Jacksonville Area Legal Aid hosted the Equal Justice awards ceremony last week at The River Club to recognize those in the legal community who have made significant pro bono contributions. Attorney Robert Spohrer was the guest of honor at the reception and received his award from Judge Gerald Tjoflat. Midgdalia Figueroa and Lois Ragsdale, both Legal Aid staffers, were also recognized for their contributions to the organization along with court reporter Ingrid Smalling for her pro bono work.
