Brierwood Village Shopping Center completed a $600,000 remodeling by Building Dynamics Inc.
The 125,000-square-foot center at 8775 Old Kings Road S. is anchored by Winn-Dixie, Planet Fitness and American Freight. It was built in 1977.
A 15,000-square-foot space remains for lease. TSG Realty manages the property and Killashee Investments handles leasing. First Atlantic Bank financed the project.
