Jackson-Shaw Co. sold Creekside Distribution Center and four parcels of pastureland and vacant industrial property at Jacksonville International Tradeport on Thursday to Thackeray Partners L.P. for almost $23 million.

Both companies are based in Dallas.

Jackson-Shaw sold the 25-acre, three-building, 336,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution center for $20.8 million. It also sold three parcels of pastureland, totaling 36.6 acres, for $1.3 million and a 7.6-acre parcel of vacant industrial property for $235,224.

Thackeray bought the undeveloped land through TPRF III Tradeport Land LLC and the developed buildings through TPRF III Creekside Distribution LLC.

The three Creekside Distribution Center buildings, at 13845, 13903 and 13949 Alvarez Road, were developed in 2008.
