The city issued a permit Aug. 3 for Campbell Construction to build the Culver’s restaurant planned in Arlington at a cost of $2 million.
The 4,567-square-foot, 126-seat Culver’s will be built on 1.19 acres at 101 Monument Road, where the city issued a permit July 16 for Elev8 Land Clearing & Demolition to tear down a closed restaurant and remove parking lot pavement.
The Barolo Group LLC of Jacksonville is the developer and franchisee.
