Realtors from around Northeast Florida recently attended a luncheon at the new community of Dawson’s Creek. This event was presented by the community’s two builders, Watson Custom Home Builders and Providence
Homes, and the luncheon was catered by Moe’s Southwest Grill and was filled with giveaways throughout the day.
Dawson’s Creek is off Branan Field Road near Argyle Forest Blvd.with homesites that average 100 feet wide by 160 feet deep.
