  • Arby’s, 2501 Mayport Road, contractor is Kasteel Enterprises Inc., 2,684 square feet, renovation, $325,802.

School, Library, Other Educational

  • Jacksonville Jewish Center, 3662 Crown Point Road, No. 1, contractor is SweetWater Restoration Inc., roof reconstruction, $85,000.
  • CDA Technical Institute Inc., 5806 N. Main St., contractor is Synot Construction LLC, 1,503 square feet, two permits for temporary office and accessory buildings, $30,000.
