Celeste Harrell was named Downtown Vision’s Ambassador of the Year Thursday. Harrell was the “natural choice,” according to DVI’s director of operations Joe Snowberger, who hired her a year ago. “She gives it her all, all of the time,” said Snowberger. DVI board chairman Michael Harrellpresented the award to a very surprised Harrell, and then she was off to the streets to continue her downtown duties. “I’m doing what I love doing,” said Harrell. “I truly love to be able to help people.”
