Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in Jacksonville is only open for lunch one day each year. The restaurant is the location for Eagle Harbor’s annual REALTOR luncheon that honors participants in the Golden Eagle Master Salesperson (GEMS) program. More than 100 area REALTORS were recently honored at the annual GEMS luncheon for selling one or more homes at Eagle Harbor in 2001.

Those agents with two or more sales received the coveted Golden Eagle trophies. The big winners of the day were Linda Bayles, RE/MAX Park Avenue, the top co-op producer, and Bob and Jan Howard, also of RE/MAX Park Avenue, the top sales team.

“The GEMS program was once again quite a success. Our Ruth’s Chris luncheon has become quite the tradition,” said Benjie Bowman, director of marketing for Eagle Harbor Realty. “There were 40 agents with two or more sales. In addition to honoring our 2001 participants, we also kicked off our 2002 program.”

Participating agents earned up to thousands of dollars each in prizes plus free lunches, rounds of golf and more. Every time an agent showed or sold homes listed by Eagle Harbor Realty during 2001, he or she was awarded GEMS points, which were cashed in for prizes.
