Sulzbacher Center is selling holiday tins of I.M. Cookies to benefit its programs to provide shelter and meals to homeless individuals and families.
The center created the white chocolate chip and macadamia nut cookies based in the favorite recipe of founder I.M. Sulzbacher.
A collectible tin of 20 cookies is $34.75. A combination of a tin of cookies and a holiday card created by a homeless child living at the center is $44.75.

Restaurants on the rise
• 4R Restaurant Group opened its seventh 4 Rivers Smokehouse Thursday at 220 Park Ave. in Orange Park. It’s open 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Friday-Saturday. It also features The Sweet Shop, an in-house bakery that sells Southern-inspired cookies, bars, cupcakes and cakes. The Florida-based company has locations in Jacksonville’s Baymeadows area as well as Winter Park, East Orlando, Longwood, Winter Garden and Gainesville. Chef John Rivers has launched The COOP, a fast-casual concept, in Winter Park.
• Kitchen on San Marco should open in the spring. Education Corporation of America is renovating the building at 1402 San Marco Blvd. into a fully staffed teaching restaurant. It will serve as a teaching establishment where a staff of professional chefs provides a learning lab environment for culinary and pastry arts students from Culinard, The Culinary Institute of Virginia College. Education Corporation of America owns Virginia College.
