The Toyota Gator Bowl will host its first Patch event of the season, the Georgia-Florida Viewing Party Saturday at the Jacksonville Beach Pavilion.

Gates open at 5:30 p.m. and admission is free for Patch members. A large screen will be installed on the Pavilion stage to view the game, which starts at 7:45 p.m.

The Patch program is a new Gator Bowl Association initiative and offers discounts to members. The Patch may be purchased for $5 and is an actual patch — the Gator Bowl logo attached to a lanyard.

Individuals must be wearing a “Patch” to enter, which may be purchased at the door for $5. Food and beverage will be available for purchase. No coolers, beverages, food or umbrellas will be permitted.
