Graffiti reward tops $50,000

Monday afternoon, the Justice Coalition held a press conference in Hemming Plaza to announce the reward for last weekend’s “hate crime” had reached $52,000 and was growing. Coalition founder Ted Hires (right) was joined by several political leaders, community members and Coalition board members, all of whom called for help leading to the arrest of the people that defaced Sheriff Nat Glover’s mayoral campaign headquarters and former mayoral candidate Matt Carlucci’s Hendricks Avenue State Farm office sign.
