LandMar Group, LLC, a developer of premier residential properties, is holding a Grand Tour of Homes at Grand Haven, a master planned community in Palm Coast.
The Grand Haven Grand Tour of Homes, which runs until May 5, features 18 model homes and a chance to win a cruise to Mexico. Since acquiring Grand Haven last year, LandMar has assembled an team of builders and opened seven new neighborhoods, creating the largest collections of decorator model homes in Palm Coast.
“Our builders have really pulled out all the stops to bring forward some of the best new home designs we’ve seen here,” commented Jim Cullis, Grand Haven project manager. “With so many beautifully decorated models, we have the perfect opportunity to stage quite a show here at Grand Haven.”
The Grand Tour of Homes opened last month with 10 model homes, including the opening of the new Osprey Lakes neighborhood. The community features new model homes from Intervest Construction Company (ICI) and Brattlof Homes.
The tour continues throughout the spring with new activities and additional model openings. Cullis expects to have 18 designer models open by this summer. Guided tours are available daily with open houses scheduled on weekends. Registration begins at the Grand Haven Information Center, where visitors may pick up a Grand Tour map.
“We have a lot of excitement here at Grand Haven following our record-setting sales year in 2001,” Cullis said. “With so much momentum, we will be using the tour to kick off several new models, more neighborhoods and a brand new condominium offering.”
In addition to ICI and Brattlof, Grand Haven’s roster of preferred builders includes Arthur Rutenberg Homes, Centex Homes, Discovery Homes, Howell Homes and Red Carpet Construction. Homesites in Grand Haven neighborhoods overlook lakes, the Intracostal Waterway, the golf course or preserves.
Everyone registered during the Grand Tour is eligible to win a cruise for two to Mexico. The Grand Tour of Homes culminates on May 5 with a Cinco de Mayo Model Party, where the winner will be announced.
