Becknell Industrial posted on Twitter that it signed a lease with Jacksonville-founded iRocker Inc., a sports and lifestyle company specializing in inflatable paddleboards and outdoor recreation products, to take the remaining vacancy in its 161,402-square-foot industrial building at 3750 Cisco Drive W. in West Jacksonville.
It said iRocker will lease a 42,190-square-foot space. Occupancy is expected in early July.
Becknell said its team on the lease comprises Matthew Neumann, Rick Romeo and Michael Brazeal.
The Colliers listing team is led by Guy Preston and Seda Preston.
Brad Chrischilles with Foundry Commercial represented iRocker.
The city issued a permit in May for the $300,000 build-out of the space. The Becknell property is in Westlake Industrial Park.
The Boxout LLC national distributor of health and wellness products leases the remaining space.
