There are several ways a voter can get in touch with the candidates for the Dist. 5 City Council seat, and Jay Jabour and Art Shad have been doing their best to keep track of what’s on the minds of residents in the district. In the course of campaigning, they’ve discovered there is no shortage of issues among their potential constituents.
