Jacksonville-based US Assure has partnered with the Jacksonville Jaguars to become the official naming partner for the Touchdown Clubs at EverBank Field.

Founded in 1977, the company deals with property and casualty insurance and has almost four decades of experience.

Starting at the beginning of the 2015 Jaguars season, the premium spaces on the east and west sides of the stadium will be known as the US Assure Clubs at EverBank Field.

The deal is for four years. No financial details were provided.

Additional information is slated to be released by Jaguars owner Shad Khan, team President Mark Lamping and US Assure CEO Ty Petway on Tuesday’s during the team’s annual “State of the Franchise” event.

“The US Assure brand is all about assuring success ,” said Petway in a news release. “… By affiliating US Assure with the Jaguars, we become a stronger company and make a commitment to a stronger Jaguars franchise and community.”

Renovations to the club area are anticipated, should the team receive state funds from a sales-tax rebate.

The city and team submitted an application for $1 million a year for 30 years. It has placed second out of four potential projects seeking funding, but lawmakers haven’t decided whether to distribute funds from the $7 million pool approved last year.

Those renovations could be to the open deck areas overlooking the field from the upper and lower club levels; the glazing walls separating the indoor and outdoor decks; and the canopies that provide shade to parts of decks where outdoor bar seating will be located.

Such renovations would open up the indoor club and mean relocating existing concessions and other areas.

US Assure began its relationship with the team two years ago when it became the sponsor of the hospitality events for the Jaguars’ games in London.
