Dan Parnell, manager of industrial pretreatment for JEA, was honored with a “Lifetime Membership Award” from the Florida Industrial Pretreatment Association. Parnell was recognized for his “outstanding dedication and creative contributions as a former member of the board of directors.” He is a past president of the organization and also helped to redesign its training programs.
