The city issued a permit for JTM Construction Group Inc. to build-out the former Al’s Pizza building in Mandarin for MedMen at a cost of almost $1.47 million.
The 5,312-square-foot location is at 11190 San Jose Blvd. MedMen, a medical marijuana treatment center, also is working on sites in Five Points and Jacksonville Beach.
