Out to Lunch returned to Hemming Plaza last week. Every Thursday and Friday between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., visitors to the park can eat lunch and listen to live music provided by the River City Band and other acts. The City’s Special Events Department plans to continue Out to Lunch through at least June.
