Charlene Perez of Watson Realty was installed as president of the Northeast Florida Association of REALTORS® last month, replacing Dan Jones of ERA Dan Jones and Associates.
“It’s been a good year,” said Jones.
Hank Oltmanns of A Broker’s Choice Realty took over as Multiple Listing Services president.
