Ernie Palmer Toyota expects to move into its reconstructed dealership about March.

RLH Construction LLC is building a new-car dealership with a showroom, service area and inventory parking at the site of the former used-car operation and is renovating the existing detail building.
The dealership operates at 1290 and 1310 Cassat Ave. The existing new-car dealership then will be demolished and the site will become a parking lot to store vehicle inventory.
