During the first hour of his first day on the job Tuesday, River & Post dining room ambassador Norm Abraham escorted Beaver Street Fisheries Chairman Harry Frisch to a booth in the Riverside restaurant.
Abraham formerly ran Two Doors Down in nearby Brooklyn, where Frisch and his co-workers ate almost daily in the same booth.
Abraham shipped that booth to Frisch’s office in 2015 after closing the leased restaurant, when the land was sold for redevelopment.
Abraham will greet lunch customers at River & Post four days a week. Frisch suggested a nickname for the place – Three Doors Down.
